All of the tips and tutorials are Word documents and provide easy-to-follow written instructions as well as illustrative "screen shots" (pictures of a computer screen showing the appropriate keying sequence for each step). Don't confuse the em dash (punctuation mark) with a long dash (mathematical symbol)! Also, learn how to "see" your keystrokes in a Word document.
